This article reviews the process of accessing a secure message through the SmartViewPortal, and using the Upload option to securely upload and return documents directly to your transaction file.
Please Note: You will not see or have access to any documents that you Upload through the SmartViewPortal. These documents are securely uploaded to your transaction file, and can only be made available to you through the SmartViewPortal by a transaction representative sending them to you in a separate secure message.
